CarmenBoutique. it (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is owned by the company Carmen Srl, (hereinafter referred to as "Carmen Boutique") with registered office in Via Roma 134/136, 04019 - Terracina (LT) in Italy
Carmen Boutique wishes to specify that it has at heart the interest, confidentiality and time of its Clients, that it sells exclusively original and quality products, purchased directly from the manufacturers and from the most prestigious Italian and international fashion houses. Access to and use of the Site are activities governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Conditions of Return and Shipping, the Privacy Policy and the information on the use of cookies.
Payments and Refunds
You can pay for your order by credit card, prepaid cards of the main international circuits, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery to the courier (in case of cash on delivery the order will have an extra charge of € 8,00).
Transaction security
Our site uses the most up-to-date payment data protection systems. The encryption of the data makes them illegible both to Carmen Boutique and to any third parties, guaranteeing the total security of all the transactions and of all the information provided at the moment of purchase. As far as payments by Credit Card are concerned, please make sure that you have the 3D Secure Code active.

Payment by credit or debit card
Payment through the Banca Veneta service supports the Visa and Mastercard circuits. No additional costs are required.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted in an encrypted way with an SSL protocol.
For Visa and Mastercard payments we will only accept Secure Electronic Commerce transactions). After checking that the credit card is accepted by the CES system, the system contacts the issuing bank so that the buyer can make the purchase.
Once the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the card, the charge is made. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.
Bank transfer payment
When purchasing our articles, you will be given the possibility to choose the payment method. Once you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will be given the data to carry out the transaction (the data are also shown below). Later, after you have completed your order, you will receive the same data also by email to the address you used to register.
No additional costs are required but it delays the delivery time (the order will be processed after the amount is credited)

Cash on delivery
Pay for the items you have ordered, in cash, directly on delivery.
Important: cash on delivery is subject to a surcharge of €8, on the total amount of your order, for the handling of the service by our express courier. The courier does not accept bank cheques.
