For children's shoe sizes, measure the length of the foot by calculating the distance from the tip of the longest toe to the end of the heel. To make the measurement as accurate as possible, you should have only a light sock worn. Tip: Draw a straight line on a piece of paper and have your foot rest on it. Mark with a pen both the end of the heel and the end of the longest toe. Finally measure the distance between the two points.
